Attorney Profile - William Druckman:

Bill Druckman has been a practicing trial attorney since 1981. He is licensed to practice law in West Virginia and Florida. Mr. Druckman has successfully tried or settled hundreds of cases both in West Virginia and throughout the United States. He was counsel in Robinson v. Biswas, a West Virginia medical malpractice suit where the jury awarded a record setting $15 million. Recently, he successfully represented numerous victims in the landmark litigation against Dr. John King.

Mr. Druckman is the only lawyer in West Virginia to be board certified by the ABPLA in Medical Malpractice Liability. Mr. Druckman is one of eleven lawyers in West Virginia to be board certified by the NBLSC as a Civil Trial Advocate. He is the only lawyer in West Virginia with double board certification. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has been named by West Virginia Superlawyers magazine as one of the top attorneys in West Virginia since 2008. Only five percent of the lawyers in the State are named Super Lawyers. He is listed as one of the top 100 trial lawyers in West Virginia by the American Trial Lawyers Association.
