Wrongful Death
When the negligence of an individual or company results in someone’s death, the personal representative of the estate of the deceased may file a cause of action for Wrongful Death. Individuals who may be entitled to receive compensation for wrongful death include the spouse, children, siblings, parents and any individual financially dependent upon the deceased at the time of his or her death.
